Consultations & Fees

Please contact our office at (866) 559-9498 or via our contact page to schedule a consultation. Consultations are held Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Our consultation fee is $100 for up to one hour. If you retain our office within 14 days, we credit the $100 consultation fee. Consultations may take up to one hour, but we may spend more time with you as required to get a full picture of your case. You should bring all relevant immigration and/or criminal and family court materials to your consultation meeting.

Our office is also available to hold consultations and meetings via Skype. A Skype consultation allows for a one-on-one video conference without the drawbacks of a long-distance phone call. Please contact our office at (866) 559-9498 or via our contact page to schedule a Skype consultation and reserve your meeting by credit card.

Regarding legal fees, we charge a flat rate for immigration legal services, with a deposit up front and the remainder paid in monthly installments. Our legal fees do not include government filing fees or other costs such as translations, expert witness opinions, or other reimbursable expenses (e.g., out-of-area travel, postage and delivery fees etc.). Our firm accepts as payment personal checks and money orders, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
